Autumn Research Conference 2021

Family Carers Ireland held an Autumn Research Conference online on Wednesday 24th November 2021. Findings from seven research projects focusing on different aspects of family carers’ lives and the caring experience were presented. Family Carers Ireland partnered on all seven of these new and innovative research projects, which were funded through the Irish Research Council’s New Foundation Grants Scheme 2020.

The virtual conference brought together 60 delegates, including a diversity of carers and caring experiences, and professionals from a broad range of areas, including health, disability, research and policy, both from Ireland and overseas.
