Please only request an application form if you are living in one of the following counties where Family Carers Ireland operates the scheme: Carlow, Clare, Cork, Kerry, Kilkenny, Limerick, Tipperary (North & South), Waterford, Wexford. If your county is not listed, we do not run the scheme in your area. You will find an alternative list of community groups operating the scheme in your area here. Please note we can send the application form to any address but all the details must be completed by or on behalf of the person the alarm is for. Remember the Seniors Alert Scheme is only for the Over 65s.
