Former Carer Workshop

This Former Carer Workshop is an opportunity to reflect on your caring role and to think about what you might like to do next. ​

We will identify and discuss the skills you developed whilst you were caring, and you will have the opportunity to think about what direction you would like to take next. ​

You might like to continue in a caring role, either paid or through volunteering, or you may be interested in taking a new direction. This workshop will help you determine the best direction for your needs and interests.

Join us for a session to connect with other carers and learn about the opportunities available to you after caring for a family member.
